Best Balsamic Italian Dressing

Dressing:

  • 6 oz. balsamic vinegar

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tsp dried basil

  • 3 tsp oregano

  • 3 tsp ground thyme

  • Dash of salt and pepper

No Bake

Add all dressing ingredients to a sealable container, and shake very well.

Pour dressing over dish.

Krishna Dressing (for salads or veggie dip)

  • In nutribullet or high-powered blender, add:

  • ¾ cup raw almonds

  • ¾ cup nutritional yeast

  • 1 cup water

  • ¾ cup sunflower/safflower oil

  • ¼ cup Braggs

  • 1 tsp hing (I don’t have this spice, just use equal parts onion and garlic powder)

No Bake

Add everything to a nutribullet or high-powered blender.

Blend. In college we called this Krishna Crack.

Cassie’s Brown Gravy (Vegan)

  • 2 cups veggie broth

  • ¾ tsp onion powder

  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard

  • ¼ cup flour

Stove Top

Bring to boil in saucepan, then simmer. Wisk over medium-high until thick.
